Identifying Used Plenum Spacer

Hey guys! New here but i've had my 04 coupe for about 6 months now. Spring is here and the mod bug has hit me, so I went on my local classifieds and I found a used plenum spacer for sale, so I jumped on it. In his ad he said it was a 5/8 inch spacer, so i thought it was probably a cheap plastic Blox one or similar. But upon going and getting it, it's definitely not 5/8 thick, and it's metal with gasket material on both sides. Now I know everyone swears by Motordyne on these cars so I went to their website and the ones in the picture don't look quite the same as mine cause the gasket material is black on mine. After some digging around on here and the rest of the internet I think it might be one of the original Motordyne ones? I'm just curious if anyone can confirm or deny that.

Here are a few pictures of it. The only things it came with are the 6 plastic spacers for the middle bolts. No other hardware or instructions, so i'll have to go to a bolt supply place to get some hardware.

Thanks everyone! Sorry about the potato phone pics

Honestly looks like the 3/8 Motordyne spacer I have. Send them an email and they will sell you the hardware needed. That's what I did years ago, they even added a new gasket since one was torn (I got mine used also).

Well that's good to hear! Pretty good find for 80 bucks i guess :)
How much is the hardware kit from Motordyne? Since i'm in Canada shipping and duty will probably make it not worth it.

Why don't you measure it?

Looks just like my 5/16" Motordyne spacer thats been on the car forever.

The MD hardware isn't exactly cheap, but most likely worth it for such a critical application.

Yeah i was going to measure it, just not sure if they include the gasket material in their measurements. Also my plan was to just take the specs of the bolts from the Motordyne install guide and go find those locally. As long as I get good quality ones they'll be fine.
