Anyone here in Indy?

Hello, new guy Galo here. 1st, I enjoy perusing the site...there is lots of good info, and for the most part, nice/polite/informative responses(not always the case on other sites, unfortunately).

2nd. I was headed home after work last week(3:30-45 PM), approaching Michigan RD on Coldspring RD. As I was stopped at the light, I noticed a lowered, black G35 turn onto Coldspring RD, and got a hand up and waved.

Was this someone on G35D? Are there any other G owners in the Indy area? Indy has a lot of great Cars and Coffee meets( https://www.google.com/search?client...ars+and+coffee ), and I'm hoping to have a few G owners show-up.

Take care!

Galo, aka Mark

You might get more specific responses if you start a thread in one of the appropriate regional forums, you can find them at the bottom of the home page. Welcome to the family!

Having visited the regional forum area, there isn't a lot of traffic there. I figured this would be seen by more people, but I'll give it a try.

One of these days I'll pick a pic hosting site and get some pics of my car...it's nothing special, I guess it could be called a hybrid '06-'07. It's an '06, but has '07 tail lights and trunk lid/spoiler. Don't get me wrong, it looks great, but it's not lowered, have special paint nor a body kit, but being Garnet Fire Pearl, it's not exactly nondescript

And thank you!

p.s. B D(also my high school initials!), I see you're "STAFF"...I posted this in the Midwestern forum. If you'd like, go ahead and delete this thread.
Thank you again!

I appreciate the offer but we're fine leaving this here as well. Sadly the forum doesn't get the traffic it did back in the day, there used to be multiple pages of new thread responses each day in several of the forums. Sh!t happens I suppose.....

That's cool. Ya, it does happen...it's life!

It's interesting how one doesn't "see" a car(or???), then, when they get interested in a specific car, they're everywhere!!! I've loved the G35 since '03, just couldn't afford one. The pre-owned prices are very affordable now, so an '06 resides at my home now. Hopefully I'll be able to get some locals together for a driving meet.

Take care!
