Car won't start

I just replaced my upper oil pan and remain seal and just finished putting everything back together refilled oil and the car won't start, cars been out of commission for about a month now and it turns over I've checked the flywheel it catches to starter, sounds like no spark so I check coils and there is no spark in the coil. Im not sure where to start from here the crank sensor is in tact and tone rings are visible from sensors opening. Any ideas?

Is it throwing any codes? Did you verify the alignment dowel on the flywheel-to-crank was in the correct position?

A good place to start in addition to checking for any codes, would be to read up the FSM for the year and model of your vehicle.

See page EC-469

Carefully check your wiring harness connections with your multimeter between the ECM and IPDM and follow the troubleshooting steps in the FSM

Good luck

I’ve been researching and pretty sure it’s my flywheel to crank not being aligned with dowel, i’ve already dropped the trans and mounted flywheel in correct position. Testing tomorrow to see if it will start . also it did not throw any codes from obd2 scanner

update: got flywheel aligned correctly and car starts, no i’m having issues with CSC, when engaging clutch pedal it goes straight to the floor and cylinder does not push into the fork

Replied to your PM.

Here's a pic of that Z1 Motorsports clutch, you can see in the picture it says "T/M SIDE" that will face towards the transmission.

i’ve just dropped transmission again to check clutch and it was installed correctly , remounted and still have the same issue with the clutch pedal

as well as the rubber boot for the clutch fork is installed correctly , could it be a CMS issue? i just don’t see why seeing how i’ve only messed with the transmission side
