Question about DPE's

I live in GA and want to get some DPE wheels (19") and i am wondering since the tire place does not carry these where i can get them and how I am suppose to know the proper offsets... -thanks-

There are also quite a few vendors on here that sell DPE's like f1motorsports, creative autoworks, etc...

I'm sure they'll chime in....
