I am actually posting this for Balzac72(who is on vaca in florida)he asked me to put this up for him. I would have tossed it in the MO forum first but since this is borderline last minute....I figured lemme toss it out there.

Balzac72 would like to ask the Squad and all G35's that would like to do a Deer Park Avenue night...
Go take it over and represent on DPA for the G35's..(it wouldn't be our first take over...Moooohahahaha)but would be the first on DPA...
Nah just to get together, profile a bit...lol...and chill, catch some local food in the area...so who is up for it?

We'll get a list going and maybe some of my Squad Committee can help with updating it (please)

DIRECTIONS TO DPA: Exit 51 off the LIE, head south about 3 miles and that's where the strip starts

Jersey peeps closer to Verrazano - take the belt pkwy EAST to the southern state EAST and get off at Route 231 (Deer Park Avenue) North. Go about 1/8 mile and you will see the end of the strip where everyone turns around and a shopping strip on your right with a huge shopping center on you left with a bennigans, blockbuster, and tons of stores.

Place to meet is the Pathmark Shopping Lot

Plus we'll be with our very own Suffolk's County DA so we KNOW we won't have any run-ins with the law as long as we present ourselves accordingly. It'd be nice to have a G-line down DPA... :D

LIE closed in both directions for five exits in Nassua from 9pm to 5am.
Friday night eastbound traffic after Memorial Day should make the NS pkwy interesting or a parking lot depending how you hit it.

I think I'll keep the TB parked and watch the grass grow. If I feel the need I'll open a window and listen to the bikes and ricers runnin on Frannylew.

Easy trip for me! I logged about 50K miles on my explorer up there back in the day!

Well I should be getting my car back on Monday and I know I m probably gonna be fiendin to drive my car all week cuz I miss it like crazy right now!! So I m gonna lurk around and see what happens with this but I m like 50/50.

Ahhh the good old DPA runs! Those were the days! Looking back now, I can't believe how many times I must have lapped that scene over and over and over again in just one night. Haven't been out there in YEARS! How's the cop scene? Are they still out there in full force busting everyones balz? I would consider a run out there if we got a good turn out of cars...

Hmmm seems some of us have forgotten that the Squad rolls at night also...remember last year???

LOL....I've never been there and I've heard about it from the Suffolk, LI guys so thats why I'm going....I actually was about 50/50 on it at first cause I have something to do that night family wise...but I figured ..ahhhh I can do it the next day...Lemme check this DPA thing out...

So now I'm 100%......so lemme hush, cause my azz was 50/50 at least you guys are 95%-99.9%...LMAO

BUT THATS NO EXCUSE.....get ya azz out there..damn it!...LOL

LOL - We were probably up there around the same time man! I rarely cruise up there but every so often I'll head up to see Marty's whip or see if anyone has done anything special to their cars. As far as cops goes, it's hit or miss. I have seen the strip packed with cars at not a cop in sight and then dead empty with a zillion Poe Poe. My cruising days looking for chics are long gone, so now if I am up there it's strictly to check out some whips! Basically grab a drink and chill in a parking lot watching the lil kiddies in mommy n daddy's nice cars, their own sh1tboxes or their lil fart machines! What else do they expect kids to do? 90% are well behaved, but the 10% that aren't, kill it for everyone!

Alright fine, I m puttin this down on the calendar.

Hey guys, I'll post more info about where we'll meet and what's planned for food before friday. We can do something cheap and fast like pizza or burgers or we can sit down in a restaurant. I lean towards grabbing food and running over to a spot to watch the cars roll by.
