Gauging Interest: AUTOKITS X '07+ (V36) Sedan Rear Valence "Teaser pics"

This is the rear diffuser I was writting to you guys about. I copied the thread that they started over there.

http://myg37.com/forums/body-interio...aser-pics.html

Here are some "Teaser pics" for the 2007+ Rear Valence/Diffuser for Sedans.
This is not the final product, we still need to do some work but ask you can see.. fitment is 100% good .

Let me know what you think guys!!

also "SORRY ABOUT THE BAD QUALITY PICTURES, WE ARE GONNA TAKE SOME MORE AND SHOW EVERY SINGLE DETAIL"

Just to clarify some things, the top .75" -1" is going to be cut off, it is only there in order to make a mold.

The middle part of he diffuser sits about 2 inches lower than stock, although it is still well above the tips (4.5") as you can see in the pics.

If you have any questions please post them and I will do my best to answer them.

Remember guys this is still a prototype. There is still time to make changes before the final mold is done.

Interested.
The top edge... is it just me or does it look like it's not 100% perfectly straight? I'm on my POS work laptop so I'm not sure, but it looks a little less than perfect.
Fitment looks great though.
Answer Mike's question... how does it attach?

Cool design overall.
I love that it maintains the concave upper.
It should look great when cleaned up & fitted.

Looks pretty good, I like the design. I love seeing it on a PG of course too.. . That exhaust looks like it has pretty good size tips so I would assume it would fit an FI exhaust with no problem? Not sure if you would even know at this point but I have my eye on the FI as well.

Now looking at your sig I would assume it is your G? My next conclusion and based on the size it would be the larger tipped Greddy?

3M and clips on the bottom are supporting it.

Remember about 1" will be trimmed off of the top all across, it's needed there for now to make the mold.

any idea when the lip is going to be on the market b/c it looks great compared to the rest of the lips out there. secondly does the front lip kit hang lower than the bumper?

very nice work, so this isn't the same rear diffuser as the Rav Spec ones right?

No it is not, it's totally different.

They will be working on the final design next week and hoefully have a mold done.

I am assuming you mean for the sedan. If so, I believe it will but I am not sure as it has not been prototyped yet.

Yes this is my car The exhaust is a Greddy SE and it has 4.5" tips. The FI exhaust should fit just fine.

Pricing will be the same as the same as the coupe.

Thanks! Yes it will look much better! The top .75"-1" will be trimmed off and it will flow with the line of the rear bumper.

It attaches with double sided tape and 2 screws on the bottom. They may put 2 more but I do not think it is needed.

What's the finish going to be for the Fiberglass? Would it be matte, same as that prototype? I take it the one of the red coupe was painted/cleared?

Thanks.

They will send you a fiberglass piece that you would need to have painted. Once the piece is ready for production, they will address if they will be offereing painting services.
They will have a full CF piece available as well.

Is the design final or are they still going to tweak it?

I love that the upper part is concave.
The diffuser center vent is a really nice touch.

I'm just wondering if a couple more fins would be good.
