you cant have blue lights on the front of your car. white and amber are the only legal colors in most states.

 

Any intensity of blue or red displayed from the front of US street-legal vehicles is strictly reserved for EMS purposes. This includes bicycles, mopeds, and anything else that may be illuminated on or within a state-specified distance to a public road.

Similarly, ordinary-colored front-facing illumination is also limited in intensity and pattern, such as the highly illegal wig-wag headlight kits.

is there a white replacement for the front side orange signal lights? The ones in the headlight cluster, not the side markers I've found those at a few places already. And what about red side markers?

I like these in the clearance and side marker lights. Hybrid hyper whites. These are not in your face lights, and gives the "G" even more of a classy look.

I am still going to go for the blue light in the clearance strip and take my chances.

Asking cop friends if they would stop you is a moot point because you already know their awnser. Ask they if they would stop a car that speeds past at 80 MPR and they will give you the same response.

In CA your not supposed to tint the front drivers and pass side windows but I had mine at 20% on another car and never got pulled over for it.

Its just an option they have if they decide they want to pull you over for soemthing else. Most will let it slide.

 

redwillow...I live in N.J. and some people told me the lights you have in the standing light #5 will draw alot of attention by the local law enforcement agency...I wanted to change them out to your lights as well as the side markers but I have to say I think I'll get hasseled big time....where are you located?2old4this

redwillow is out of jacksonville florida. i dont really remember which bulb he has in there. but i have the piaa super led white/white bulbs and mine arent as blue as those, but they still give off a blueish tint. i also have them in my clear corners. i dont think you would have too much trouble with them but i dont know. i also live in tampa so i cant say much bout NJ.

the piaa white/white seem to be more blue than my hids. i want something white/purple

 

mine seem to be a pretty close match. i would say that the hids are still bluer though not the other way around.

Afro posted a while back PIAA 168 Ion Crystal Pics in the clearance strip. It looked quite orange to me. I tried one and got this. I pulled it out right away. I'm going to try a couple more; I'll post the results when they come in.
