You cannot beat Carribean Blue

Re: You cannot beat Carribean Blue
Thanks for the props Rash. I have to admit I was tired that day from detailing all day. Me and my friend decided to have a detail party and literally spent the whole day detailing our cars and drinkin beer.
By the end both his Audi A4 and my G were sparkling. But my arm was so numb from beer and carnuba wax removal I couldn't even hold the camera. We used pretty much all Meguirs products including the Carnuba Wax which turned out great.
Here's a hint though, always wait till sunset to take your pictures because the shadows and the light are always perfect and make the car look that much better. That was advice from a photographer friend of mine. Peace.

AHAHAHAHAAHHAHAHAHAHAH!!! Oh man... that was hilarious reading. Thank you for pointing out that thread hitman, even if you're not a fan of CB. Original thread explaining my anti-heterosexual driving
CB is a love it or hate it color. I got laughed at by a lot of my friends with plenty of smurf and flaming comments. Six months later and they are now giving me props on the color after they've seen it under a million different lighting/weather conditions. You can never get bored with CBs color changing properties.
However, I think RED is the best color for the coupe. If I was married I probably would have gotten red. Just don't feel "comfortable" driving a hyper red car at this point in my life.
Regarding the "wet" looking car pics... here is my CB looking wet shot:

Re: You cannot beat Carribean Blue
I love CB. My first choice was black, but i thought about it and thought that the G35 deserved an exotic color. Its not always "turqouise" it changes shades of colors depending on the light, very "custom" i've been asked many times if my car is custom painted and i simply reply "no" with a big smile. And with how often i see G35's on the streets, it's nice to be a little unique from all those shades of grey, just my .02..

I think all the colors of the G35C are great. When I was waiting for mine to come in (Black on Black) and I saw some on the road, they were all visually stunning, no matter what color it was. All the colors of this car are so great, even if they aren't for you.

I'm not a fan of CB, I think it takes a classy car and cheapens it. Our car really needs to have british racing green in the options and maybe ditch the CB for a navy pearl.

Yep I love the CB color. Why so many people like the Diamond Graphite color I don't know. All those silver type colors make it look like all the other Honda Accords, Camrys, Maxima's and minivans out there. CB just stands out as an attention getter..........

Re: You cannot beat Carribean Blue
Usual disclaimer: All G's look awesome, regardless of color.
That said, I just love my DG/willow combination. With dark tinted windows, I think it looks tough. Open the doors and it looks elegant too. Sure, gray is a popular color on a lot of other cars as well.. but nobody will ever mistake my car for a Honda..
