no, not the todd rundgren song but a member with a new name. why? because i picked up a new g35 this weekend.

i am now the proud owner of a brand new Ivory Pearl 6MT. I did have the Black Obsidian 6MT.

Well, after it was wrecked by a drunken *******, and repaired i just felt it wasnt the same. The body shop did the best they could but i would always be able to tell, especially on a black car.

I absolutely love the Ivory Pearl.

Old name was "black6mt06"

Keep the front waxed well, use a quick detail mist after ever wash, and keep it clean (wash bugs off within days) and you'll stay happy with it.

I'm still happy with the choice.

I try to get the bugs off that night, but even if I wait several days, a moist cotton cloth (or a light swipe of the finger!) is always enough to slide the dried stuff right off.

I keep it Zaino'd well, and it pays. :cool:

Yeah, black was just too much of a nightmare especially for someone like me who is literally obsessed with paint and body panels being straight.

black magnifies any and all flaws. White hides them and besides i was always a little jealous of the IPs id see go by.
