what's the letter A and B for?

on the trip odometer.. there's either letter A or B.. what are those for?

'A' is one trip odo
"B" is a second trip odo
They just give you two to track mileage for two different things.
I use A for gas mileage.
B for business trip mileage logging.
'C' is your rpm setting for your REV light.

I think those are just for measuring a certain distances, for example, you could measure how many miles it takes you to burn a tank of gas. You can reset it by pressing and holding the button.
