Anyone else offended by new Altima Coupe design?

Its not the prettiest car...BUT—Nissan is entitled to use tail-lamps with the extreme forward cant to them because they pioneered them on a production vehicle with the 350Z's tail-lamps. Pontiac flat-out ripped them off. I dont thin Nissan is ripping off anyone but themselves for the following reasons:
The Altima coupe's side profile from front to back says to me,
FRONT: Altima
CABIN AREA: G35
REAR: 350Z (almost)
Overall the vehicle says FRONT WHEEL DRIVE. The chassis is configurable for RWD though...so who knows...maybe a baby Z is in the works? Perhaps the new SE-R???
The Altima coupe's side profile from front to back says to me,

Dont get too upset fella's.... dO the math, the G coupe has been played out for some time now.
When i got my coupe new in 10-1-2004 6spd its was already WELL played out and now as i type this all the ghetto fab asain kids are driving them left and right?
Do i care?...NO..... I dont mind that my G was pretty slow for 280
Or the fact that nissan made a car that resembles the G ect....
I dont care if you spent 40 racks on a new fully loaded G, its not a status car it is however a really nice car though!
After i get out of debt im gonna agian pick up a pre owned athens blue 06 automatic beacuse i just enjoyed the car in a simple way i guess?

I don't understand what all thye fuss is about. The Toyota Solara is an obvious relative of the Lexus SC430 but you don't hear 430 owners complaining...different class of car. Lexus ES350 owners don't complain their car shares floorplan with the Camry...different class of car. I could care less about this Altima coupe. I love coupes so much I feel the more the merrier. It will never be a G35.

I dont mind the 350z/G35 relationship, because they are both great cars, but the Altima?
You should have laughed your a$$ off in her face.

Its momre of a 350Z to G35.... They are in the same [FM] platform anyway
The Altima doesnt share anything with the G35... anything.

My third useless post on a useless thread... but this one is for a good cause; to kill the thread.
If you had to pick 2, which one would you choose?
Second Generation G35 Coupe
First Generation G35 Coupe
Altima Coupe
Im pretty sure which 2 look the best... and which 1 looks horrible.
G35 Coupe shouldnt even be mentioned near an Altima for 2 reasons:
1) They are both TOTALLY different cars in difference classes.
2) IMO, they dont even look alike with the exception of the Quarter Window on the side profile. The G35 hasnt always made heads turn; the Altima looks like any ordinary car.
I basically summed everything up.
The fourth useless thread this week.
