Aftermarket 18's
I'm looking for some pictures of G's with aftermarket 18's. I know most are 19's and 20's, but post up some pictures if you have them. Pictures of DP G's would be even better, not too many out there tho. Thanks

hmm those actually look pretty damn good. nice beefy tires.

I had a set of Maido GR5's in 19" and they where real nice and would tunr on a dime because of less front sidewall but they were real harsh on the ride and I was always afraid of potholes and the road conditions, and the biggest reason was that rubber was damn expensive twice the price for a set of 18"
in the end I went with a set of 18" Volks and couldn't be happier best of both worlds and I think they look great and fit the car better (my personal opinion) http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b2...G/000_0258.jpg http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b2...G/000_0257.jpg http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b2...G/000_0255.jpg |

Why noy 19's?
Just curious. . |
potholes, tires, ride quality. already had pothole probs with 18s

I got a question here. I'm looking to get some Autocross / Track wheels. What size rims would give better grip. Yeah I know 19+20s would give a quicker responce in the turns but wouldn't smaller 17s+18s rims get more rubber to touch the track?
EDIT: BTW, those are all nice rims! |

I have Enkei RPF1's for the track. 17-18 lbs per rim and they handle decent. I also have some "budget" Ruff 278's for around town.
I go through tires like cereal, so 18's seem to be more cost effective. |

^^ nice ride
