Just got the first major paint spec right damn smack in the center of the hood on my '06 coupe. Damn trucks on the highway flung a pebble at my hood. Left a spec the diameter of a few grains of salt. When it hit I felt it ring through my body and I swooned in a nauseas agony. I almost cried a bit too. I also noticed a couple of salt grain size specs on my front bumper as well. I promptly ordered a touch-up pen to remedy the situation.

Does anyone have some experience with the best application method for touch up paint?

Also what does everyone think of this hood bra or are they just out of the question from a style perspective? I know there is clear bras out there but I hear they still leave dings and its a bit pricey for a full wrap.
