What's up wheel gurus?!

Hello! What's up wheel gurus?! I have an opportunity to pick up a sweet set of staggered wheels! Here are the specs:
-19” 8.5” in the front 2”lip and 10” in the rear 3”lip.
-The front is 35mm and rear is 20mm offset.

1 Will these clear my Brembros? 2 What tire size? 3 Will they sit flush with my fenders?

Thanks a lot!!!

+35 is better suited for a sedan. You'll need 10mm-15mm spacers to be flush with the fender. The rears should be pretty close. You may need 5mm spacers depending on how flush you want them to be.

you will need about a 25 offset on the brembos the 20 in the rear will work but not out front

+25 will clear the Brembos in the rear. I am running +25 all around with a spacer in the front.

I am an offset retard! The higher the MM the more the wheel sticks out? Correct?

nope, its the other way around

higher offset the less it sticks out, the lower it is the more it sticks out (more lip, wheel more flush with fenders)
