Offset ? 4 19-20x10's

Hi,

I was going to post this in the tire and wheel section, but it doesn't get hit as much as this section so Im posting this here ! :D Hope it doesn't offend any1 :o

I have a question about some offsets for my G coupe.

I wanted to run a 19-20x10 all around not the standard 8.5-9.5. I know that you need to run a staggered set up but I'll do that with the tires alone.

I also understand that the handleing will be compromised with that kinda set up. But I really don't care, I have my RR for the twisties ;)

I also know that I might have to roll or cut the fenders, so I don't mind that either !!!

What would be the proper offset so that it will be possible. I don't mind running a stretched tire in the front.

It also has to be an offset to clear the brembo's.

Thanks for all the answer's in advanced. :)

what is the point of running a 10 inch wide all the way around instead of just going 9 in the front and 10 in the rear?

^^^please explain? I could understand a 9 but 10 is kinda over the edge unless you are doing some major bodywork.

Main reason is for biggest possible lip all around.

I know it doesn't make sence, but thats what I wanna try and do. If it is possible.

But I don't really think that it is really over the edge, cause there are people on here that are runnin' 19x9.5 so this is only .5 bigger !

I know Im gonna get flammed for this but I thought I would try this and see what happens. But I just wanna get the offsets right or closem, cause I know that there won't be a perfect offset.

very few people have fit a 10" in the front, and even then, the lip isn't going to be as large as the rears because the wheels have to clear the brakes. I would say around a +20 offset might clear if you run a 245 up front, but make sure the wheel is designed in a way to clear the brake calipers

you also won't get the biggest lip in the rear with only a 10, aim for an 11 or 11.5 if you want the biggest lip.
