Question about turbo'd G35 cutting out at WOT

I have an automatic G35 turbo that cuts out at WOT. I have the GReddy boost controller, AEM ECU, and custom built turbo. Whenever I go wide open throttle, it "Hits" the rev limiter at 5500rpms, but if I slowly roll into it, it runs fine.

The guys who built the car are working on a solution, but i'm wondering if any of you have had this problem, and could enlighten me a bit.

Thanks

Oh, and hi, I just signed up :)

check your timing?

Sounds more like a built in fuel cut feature if the car is not running rich enough, it would shut you down to prevent damage. Could also be knock, but I don't know if these cars kill power when it senses knock. My guesses based off of a MKIII turbo that has similiar fail safes.

ya sounds like it is cutting fuel, might be in the tune

Another theory: boost leak maybe?

Was fortunate enough never to run into it on the Prelude, but my old Conquest had a leaky charge pipe connection one time and it would fall flat on it's face when I punched it.
