Passenger trunk light doesn't turn off?
 

I just installed Gordgee's grounding gear and went for a drive at night. I noticed that the light on the lower passenger trunk stays on all the time. It does not turn off unless I turn off my headlights. Will someone please confirm if this is the way it comes stock? Or did I manage to screw something up during my Grounding gear install?

if by trunk you mean glove compartment, then that is normal

its normal... it turns on and off with the headlights

i didnt know that the passenger had his own trunk..? COOL

trunk only has one light. :dunno:

just to confirm, our dash doesnt have a trunk open indicator correct? because i tried and don't see one..only a door open indicator.

Thanks Patman and Beebo, I guess I just never noticed it until my crappy install...must have left a slight gap when re-installing the clove compartment..never let any light through before.

Maybe it's time for me to change the glove compartment light to LED..I don't like the idea of the light staying permanently on when my headlights are on. My glove compartment is closed...and the light stays on..wth kinda design is that?
