My painted side markers, where can I find PIAA's?
 

Yeah,

just painted my side markers Blue, and was hoping someone could inform me of where to find super bright replacement bulbs? I'm sure its been talked about in detail, so a redirection is fine as well...thanks

Did you pull your lights apart to paint over them? The diy section has instructions including "baking" your lights to seperate them . Did you follow the same process and are you concerned about condensation build up? How about some pics !

if your talking about the corner (amber) markers on the fenders
there are alot of 168 type wedge bulbs you can use....they should be 5watt...either 168/194 designation....two places I know of off hand with pretty good prices are

they have several brands to choose from as well....

I ordered from both places and the service was excellent...received both orders in a few days....

Where are the pictures, it hard to tell what you talking about? How do you paint you "?side markers?" blue.... Did you take a part the housing? Do you have clears, blue/amber wouold look horrible

Ducatiguy and mixed UP are obviously children with no dicipline in their homes..sad.



Anyway, yes, PAINTED Carribean Blue at my cousins body shop, and baked 40 minutes. Looks tremendous(I have still yet to take pics and upload them, I don't have a lot of time for that stuff)

As for the other two...my offers stand, come race for this "proof" you're doubting, or other activities. Both of you talk a LOT and don't act. You're a RIOT! You live in queens, good for you! I live further out on the island. I don't talk tough, but rather straight and with the facts! What hurts sometimes is the TRUTH! I have NOTHING to hide. Somethings I say other find hard to handle because it slaps them in their face, but what can I do, sometimes thats what it takes, like in your case with your 306 REAR WHEEL PONIES!

Its funny because if I was wrong, I would shut my mouth and try and let my mistake be forgotten, but you just keep bringing it back up, so if thats the game you wanna play, its fine with me.

As for my Ducati, its not the fastes bike I have owned, I've alwasy said that and for anyone to think otherwise would be an idiot, but it is the bst handling bike I have ever had not to mention the hottest looking hands down. Got a witty reply to that? Give me whatever you got and I'll take it on the track, faster or not. If all I wanted was go fast in a straight line speed, I woul dhave gotten a Busa or an R1, but theres more to a bike than all out speed! But what would you know...

and for the last time, I already stated I might have been mistaken with the HP gains, I never claimed to be a metal head, I just drive well. This has all been discussed in the ORIGINAL thread, but once again your reading challenges have crept up...oh, and BTW..my CBR 929 will outhandle your Ducati ANYDAY of the WEAK...which is what Italian bikes are. Just the TRUTH dude, your favorite subject...mine as well.

Whoa....Spiderman....I don't know what you got going on with the other two posters...but Hey..everybody has their own opinion about stuff...

I hope the information was helpful....you have many choices regarding bulbs for your upgrade...

This is a civilized forum, where we all can obtain plenty of good information regarding the G automobiles....It probably isn't a good idea to make enemies for that will just shut you out of a lot of good people with mostly very sound advise....

As far asMixEd and Ducatiguy, they have been nothing but helpful and informative regarding many topics discussed on the forum.
And not for nothing, you should look at Ducatiguys video clip of his car with the exhaust upgrade....I don't think he needs to talk any sh#t, his car does the talking. (by the way Duc, that video made me laugh my _ss off!

I get the feeling this little battle goes deeper than this post, so I'll just mind my own business...
