Rear Spoiler Manufacturers

Ok looks like from the poll I posted here earlier that the majority of members like the look of the stock spoiler. Thanks for all the votes. Now I am looking at sources for the spoiler and there are some interesting offers on ebay, painted not painted blah blah blah. Anyone know the quality of these? Any recommendations? Thanks guys!

Usually, the quality is fine. Obviously, it's more convenient if you get a painted one. I dunno about you, but I'm still waiting for some more spoilers to come out for the G. I'm not happy with any of the spoiler options, so I figure, why settle? Hopefully, some more spoielers will show up soon.

The aftermarket spoilers LOOK very similiar to the OEM one...but thats where the similiarities end. The aftermarket spoilers are prone to leaks and are made/install very different from the OEM Infiniti spoiler. The brake light assembly is much more resistant to leakage and the attachment method is totally different on the infiniti one. If you get an aftermarket spoiler and it leaks, you will end up having to get a new trunk lid to switch to OEM spoiler, since it mounts differently.

get the OEM infiniti one, you get what you pay for. It comes prepainted and will include the underbody air diffusers.

Hey thanks for all the recommendations. Anyone know where I can pick up a painted rear OEM spoiler at a good price?

I don't know about how valid those results from that pole are. At the last meet this past weekend, almost everyone who ordered their car(not just taking an allocation) ordered it without aero. There were far more attending without aero than with. The most common comment was that it would be more fitting for the back end of a Z. I went subtle instead and opted to import a Gialla from Japan.
