Let's show a lil love...
 

Alright, this might sound a little corney but I'm gonna start doing it:
When I owned a Jeep wrangler, it was a little known thing that when you passed or came up next to another Wrangler owner, you'd wave to them.
Now that I'm a G owner, I think we should all show each other a little love. I say we start something like the Wrangler owners out there by giving each other a little "wasssup" (if you will) a lil l wave or recognition to each other. Tell me what you think?

I don't think I'm going to check this post again because I know there is a huge possiblity that I am going to get flamed BIG TIME!

I have to stop myself from waving at Jeeps since I sold my TJ. I try to wave at Gs when I see them.

I do this sometimes but I've had minimal responses. (Just two) One from a Z driver.

I's keep trying but I have yet to see much response. I suppose the G is just not uncommon enough to bring people to wave back when they see one of their own. Unlike my other car, a VW Corrado, now that always gets waves from other owners no matter what. In fact owners will wait around in parking lots for the other stranger to come out of the store so they can chat. One of the reasons I still haven't sold the car. =)

Yup, I always try...usually never get a response. I try to flash 350Z owners as well, since it's pretty much the same car, but I guess most 350Z owners have no idea what the G35C and 350Z have to do with each other.
One time I raced another G35C 5AT and that was about it.

I got few thumps up from few G drivers...
One time i got it from 50ish mom on CB coupe, that was real surprise... ^_^

Got a big smile just today as I tuned left on W 72nd St in Manhattan from a guy in a white G35 sedan. It was too late to respond once I caught the look though. Obviously he was a G enthusiast.

Later this afternoon in midtown a young guy said "I like that car!" as I drove by, and a few minutes later a German speaking bicyclist stared awestruck at my car for several minutes while I waited for a safety inspection. He said (in very broken english) that he'd never seen one in Germany. Even the inspection guy said something like "who wouldn't stare..."

It was a banner day for my G-ego (G-go?).

I've always got a smile and a wave or thumbs up for other G drivers. Sedan and Coupe, to which I usually get a reply. I've even acknowledged Z's and gotten a positive response.

I've only had one person give me the smile and a thumbs up and he was in a Z. Every G owner I've come across has been an older male (and one dike with a mullet) and they have glanced at me and quickly looked away, with almost a mad look on there face. it hurts my feelings :(

i get a wave (and haha, even the extended stare when my car is really clean) from both coupes and sedans. but then again, this is the midwest and there aren't as many Gs around.

great idea...wrx/sti owners do this as well, ive been missing it since i bought my g. i've had mine for a bit over a month and still no wave from anyone =( i never knew you guys did this. i guess i'll have to take the initiative and give a wave or two. so wave back people!!!!

i had this with my audi but it was more than just waving or thumbs up...we were also nice to each other on the road like letting each other in at the toll booth lines and stuff like that
