After 42 Days, My Baby's Home!
 

I never thought this day would come. I picked up my G from the body shop yesterday, and brought her home. The body shop did a very good job, considering what they had to do, but not perfect. I guess there's no such thing as perfect. My only gripe is that my left exhaust pipe is 1/4 lower than the right one. Instead of letting the body shop fix that, and keeping it another 2 weeks, I feel I can go to any muffler shop and spend $20, and 15 minutes, to have it tweaked and lined up. When that's done, I can live with the rest.
But more importantly, I AM VOLVO FREE!!! [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img][img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img][img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img] OMG! It didn't break my heart when I turned that POS in yesterday. [img]/w3timages/icons/tongue.gif[/img] I probably won't post pics for a while. I'm leaving out of town this afternoon and will be back on Sunday night.
And coming home yesterday, I almost forgot what it was like to take a 270 degree, 20 mph onramp to the freeway at 45 mph.[img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img] Oh, so sweet. Like a cat on velcro. I love my G.

Congrats bro for having your 'baby' back. That'll be like getting a new car all over again......
A muffler shop will fix up the left tip quickly and cheaply, I don't blame you for not going back to the b/s.

Good to hear the news.......like they say, good things come to those who wait........I'm sure the muffler fix will be no problem, so your back on the road and enjoying your G!
