Woah, that can't be good!
I just installed my new Eiback (SPC) rear camber arms and toe bolts. I eyeballed the alignment and took it for a test drive. Surprisingly straight. I stopped halfway and checked it, my toe is out a bit, but I'm taking it in for an alignment on Monay morning so no big deal.
Then I decided to take the freeway home to check it at speed. As I entered the onramp a bit hot, I hit the brakes. That's when the SLIP light came on and the VDC kicked in and cut power 3 times in 3 seconds. At this time I was off the gas and brakes but still turning (the on-ramp is a tight turn). I pulled over, then started out again straight, got up to 60 then got off the freeway within a mile. No other problems all the way home. Could this be due to the alignment/toe being off in the rear, or could it possibly be due to anything I just installed? :dunno: Ideas?? |
Quite common with suspension mods/wheels/tires. VDC OFF ;)
