I'M SO PISSED OFF...I NEED TO VENT!
 

Hi everyone! Remember me? Was supposed to get my G on Saturday! Guess what. My order got F*cked up and instead I got a silver with black interior G. I don't know who screwed up, the car broker or the dealer, but you can all imagine how unhappy I am. Now the dealer in Lighthouse Point, Florida is scrambling, looking for the right car. What do you think?

hey
that sucks and i know how u feel but silver is nice too. i personally like the black interior more than the willow but i have DP.
Here's what u can do........try to get something for mix up like a discount or some extra's.......if they knock 1000-1500 off the price that might make up for the mistake. What ever u do take a firm stance and don't let them talk u into something u don't want, You have the upper hand now. Good luck!

My car came in last week & it was the wrong color ... dealer didn't offer to do much so I contacted Infinity & logged a complaint. I should hear back from them this week; hopefully they care enough to do something about it. You might want to do the same:

You should ask them...for every day tat goes by...they should knock off 50 bucks off...ehhehehe

But that trully does suck...you should ask them to throw in something extra...for the trouble...

Yeah totally use your power as a consumer with buying power... contact infiniti immediately... salespeople are pretty shady... or before you contact infinit... ask to talk to the sales manager or sales director at yoru dealer... see how much they really want to make you happy?

Thanks for your responses. I will be firm. Don't get me wrong. I'm so desperate that I will take the car in silver but my husband said not to because it was not what we ordered. He says someone has to fix the problem. I like it in silver but the problem is that everyone in Miami has a silver with black interior sports car. Every single CLK in Miami is silver w/black. It's so played out that I don't want to get it. When I went to the dealer they had the G in desert platinum with the spoiler and these kick *** rims on it and I said, "I want that right there!"

I was suppose to get my black/graphite 6MT 13 days ago and as of this a.m. it still has not arrived. I am pissed too! I have to go through the inspection process and if they screwed anything up I will be waiting even longer!

Hey Ggirl, sorry to hear that. I had a similar experience. I ordered a DG/G but they had ordered me a DG/Willow. They even lied to me stating that the factory sent out the wrong color. Anyways, they offered to find me another one that may be available or I would have to re-order. I ended up finding another one at a different dealer. Call around! I was lucky enough to get the same car fully loaded exactly a week after. I contacted Infiniti customer affairs and they did nothing for me. There really isn't much they can do since the cars are not readily available and most dealers are independently owned. It just irks me that some dealers can be so incompetent. Good Luck.

damn that sucks ***... i hope my order wont be f*cked too...if so, i might have to look into a totally different car...cause i've had my fair share of bad infiniti experiences...these guys are lucky enough i've stuck by them this long

Same dealer, but I don't know if it is incompetence or true but my first sedan I picked out was "SOLD" while I was waiting for the credit to go through. They sold it the night before. They gave me some compensation but still...............[img]/w3timages/icons/frown.gif[/img]

If any of that crap was pulled on me (wrong order, sold out from under me, whatever) I would have taken back my deposit and left. Either find another Infiniti dealership or pick out an entirely different car. I wouldn't want to give them a sale after something like that.

You can argue that you could have invested and earned interest on the money you put down as deposit. Therefore, since THEY screwed up your order you should be entitled to get back more than what you put down. Dunno if it'd fly though =)

My local dealer here in MA shows an auto DP/Willow in inventory. Not sure if this helps at all, but I'll be happy to get you the contact info of my sales guy if you'd like.
