What's wrong with my headlights?

It rained really hard about 2 days ago and yesterday morning i woke up and my head lights looked like this. I washed my car, nothing, it's still there. It's like a white-ish spots on the inside of the cover of my headlights. I have no idea what it is and how to fix it. It looks like scratches, or cuts, or ice, or I DONT KNOW. Whats wrong with it? And how can i fix it? Take a look. PLEASE LOOK CLOSELY, THIS PICTURES ARE KINDA LIGHT. Thanks.

it could be your factory clear fading off the outside of the headlight? other than that i have no clue.

it's the cover itself on the inside, did you bake the headlights before at too high a temp? I did that once and the same thing happened, I did it again with a lower temp setting on my previous car afterwards and never had an issue.

you screwed up by not letting the paint cure..there goes your projector lights..

Looks like you painted the bezel, the fumes from the paint attacked the inside of the lens. gonna have to live with it or buy new ones.
