I'm in Austin so if you ever get this way look me up. Also check out CentexVQ.com for the Austin area club. We had a few members road trip it to Houston a few weeks ago to BBQ with the Houston crew.

Sweet thats close enough for me!! I love austin i haven't been since i was little...the houston crew doesn't really get on here i know they're freakin out there bc ive seen them....when i would take the nsx out to houston i would really blow their minds hahaha :JAMIN:

there's an entire regional sub-forum dedicated to Texas... some of the LA folks hang out in the Southeast section as well...

where exactly are you at? I know people all along the Gulf coast...


also, my350z has a much more active Texas and Southeast sections... and I know that some G guys (and gals) are on there too..

I am in Lake Charles, LA...about 2.5 hours from H-town...and vice versa for Baton Rouge :)

^^ It must be chance that I came across your thread. Anyways, the Texas forum doesn't get a lot of traffic. As Blue Dream stated above, I know the CentexVQ guys probably have their own forums for their own meets and stuff like that. I'm part of the Houston Crew and you can find our forum here:

Again, Blue Dream was correct in stating that their guys came out to Bear Creek to hang out with us and have a BBQ. We all had a great time out there. There are pictures of the BBQ meet located on our forum as well, but seeing as how I just got back from B-Dubs and I'm a little smashed, I feel like doing some good and helping you out. I hope all this information helps. While its not officially our meet, more of the outgoing forum members will be at Planet Zero this Saturday. Maybe we can see you there this weekend if you can make it. If not, on behalf of StrictlyG's, I hope you will at least join us on the forums for some crazy antics and G35 enthusiast discussion.

Edit: I forgot to throw this in too. We do plan our own meets as well, and if I'm not mistaken... I think we're supposed to roll out to Austin sometime next month to meet up with the CentexVQ guys, since they came to see us. Maybe Blue Dream can shed some light on that for me. But if I'm wrong, Blue Dream, feel free to bash me.

I have heard some unofficial rumblings about you guys coming to Austin but nothing concrete. I'll check with Mauricio (mt7rabbit) to see what's up. Sorry I wasn't able to make it out to the BBQ. Ironically I was in the Tomball area visiting the family that weekend but wasn't able to get away. It would be great if you could round up a few of the Houston peeps and come see us. It's always nice to meet fellow G enthusiasts and get a chance to talk shop and show off our rides. I'll also check out StrictlyG's as well. It's always nice to have more resources for G discussion.

If we get lucky maybe Krysten will make a trip this way to hang out with us ;) Where are you girl???

hahah i am STUCK in Louisiana lol....I'd love to make a trip up there but starting with this weekend im going to head to H-town. My mom lives in clear lake so ill be able to stay the weekend;-)
