Just made a deal on a G35, what ya'll think?
 

So I totaled my 03 G35 AT coupe about 3 weeks ago. Beautiful fully loaded IP, navi, aeropackage, everything.

Could not see myself getting into another car except a G35 and fortunately my friend was selling his G!

'05 DG coupe 6MT sport package, Bose, no navi though.
45,000 miles roughly, but just had a new engine replaced under warranty because of the oil consumption problem. So the engine has roughly 4,000 miles on it right now. Test drove the car while still in its break in period, and the car is butter.

Struck up a deal for $17,500. What do you guys think?

Mind you, this is a friend, so I'm not trying to weasel him out of money and make it an awesome deal on my part. A part of me says I may be overpaying a bit, but with the new engine, I'm also getting a brand new REVUP engine in a pretty good conditioned G35 for $17.5k, which makes me happy.

Any opinions?

oh btw, it has clear corners, Z-tube, and an aftermarket shift knob that feels pretty good, but he is including the stock shiftknob as well. no other mods done to the car.

if you're happy with the deal and you know the car that sounds good to me.

I'd say it's a good deal.

If it all checks out straight, take it.

I Just got my 03 DG G35 Sc 6mt i had to do alot of work on it.. but it was worth it

Fair price if it's in mint condition, go for it but be more careful with this one (rump rump) don't drive like a fooo! :OHBOY:
