Best type of HFC's

Hey guys, I'm wanting to update my cats to something that will be much louder...dont really care too much about hp gains or anything like that. I know that test pipes are an option, but do all test pipes throw a code that'll cause your check engine light to come on? Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys

I would recommend Berk HFC. After going to a meet a few weeks ago, and hearing a G coupe with Berk HFC and the OEM exhaust.. It was sex. They are a bit pricy, but these are for sure my next mod!

I hear good things about Berks.

Motordyne ART Pipes ftw.

Beebo Oct 5, 2010 10:36 PM

Fast Intentions, Berk, kinetix, MotorDyne ART pipes

ART pipes, and you can do test pipes with non-foulers.

Beebo Oct 5, 2010 11:09 PM

regular test pipes will cause rasp, even resonated test pipes will have rasp... ART pipes are the best since they have no rasp

haha well he said anything louder, and rasp makes it seem louder at least :icon17:

Berks do apprear to be pretty pricey. From what I have listened on Youtube I really like the sound of Strup Test Pipes, but my concern is the Check Engine light coming on...I see mentioned above about non-foulers, what exactly would I have to do?

Fast Intensions HFC
