After clicking noise, it's ringing now
 

My G is one of those that had that clicking noise from the right rear where they have to retorque the axle to fix it.

So clicking noise is gone, but there's an occasional rrring rrring noise in the same location. Brought it back last week, they weren't able to reproduce the sound, so they just did what they did the last time, retorque axle, check if everything's ok.

Anybody had this problem? I had my right rear rim repaired the same time I brought it in for the axle fix and was thinking there might be something rolling around inside the tire like the pressure monitor or something but the dealer said they dont normally take off the tire to repair the rim.

So tomorrow I'm going in again and drive with a mechanic, hopefully we can hear that ringing noise this time.

i dropped mine off tonight to get fixed. they gave me an altima for a loaner and it wasn't the 3.5 either.

so do you have that same ring-ring problem or the clicking noise?
