This is a great question, especially since I'll be starting at a dealership 11/01 and can get parts at near cost. I was thinking of doing the guages and console. Logically, the unchanged underlying structure would allow guages and surface materials to be changed. But my guess is the new seats and steering wheel might have to be replaced entirely. And man, don't get me started on the price of an intellikey convert. I sincerely hope I'm wrong, because I'm dying to get hold of these parts for an updated ride.

Basically so far i've heard of the intellegent key, aluminum parts, new gauges, auto recline seats, motorized pop up navi, motorized steering wheel...and much other's i've missed and etc.

Just wondering which of these features can be taken from a '05 model and put on the previous models? I have a double din kit but was wondering if i can still acquire the '05 tv setup and put it in mine. Also how hard would it be to change the steering wheel to the motorized one? and so on and so forth....

i'm wondering also. I just want the whole center dash with the motorized navi.. then i'l be a happy man :)

Its possible, But the stealership wont do it for you claiming that the mapping is different.

But it is definitely possible.
