I'm buying a 05 transmission.. I need advice
 

Sup guys, I have a 03 G35c 6MT and im sick of the 3rd gear grind so after going back n forth i figure its better for me to get a newer transmission.

I went to a buddy's junk yard n there's a 05 6MT Engine n Transmission W/35k miles and he's asking $500 for the transmission, Im tryn figure out if the 05z have tranny problem's I know that 03-04 6MT Gz n Zz mostly all have this grinding problem

I'd appreciate any advice

just save and get a cd009 transmission. Its the newest and strongest transmission. Even some of the 05's have the same grind problems.
