"Trunk Open" message won't go away!
 

My 06 OB Coupe w/nav and Ichiba Spacers keeps beeping and telling me the trunk is open.. and it isn't open. The car (with Z tube and JWT) has been sitting in heavy rain (with no cover) for the past four days. I am wondering if that has anything to do with it? Any ideas? Thanks for the help.


My nav shows the trunk open picture, I click "ok" and it keeps coming back. :mad:

what sensor does the g have in the trunk ... check that

I didn't see anything that stood out.. I checked along the trunk line and hinges. The message went away as soon as the sun came out... I guess something got wet.

maybe your trunk switch (in the latch that senses when the trunk is closed) is worn out? next time it happens, try pushin down on the trunk and see if it clears...
