I need help!!!

so long story short infiniti said i need a new motor,,,but their charging me $12.000 yes twelve thousand... so ive been asking around but everybody says i need a new moter.... what can i do???? i found a guy who sales jdm 350z motors, would it fit in my 04 coupe??? what should i dooo in need help

I had to go through the same shxt. I went with a 40,000 mile 350z motor. It worked out good.

If its OC, you could just have a shop rebuild the engine with new internals.

there are a lot of used motors off g35 or 350z....search harder and you will find a right one

search around you can find engines out of crashed cars for a couple grand. the jdm 350z motor will work as well just make sure its not a revup

cause... the dealership said i was driving my car way to hard... i was trying to do doughnuts when it started making a really loud knocking noise...

ive talked to a guy n he says he has 6 jdm350z motors,n they all have less then 15000 miles n hes selling them for 2 to 3k each.... dose it seem to good to be true????

keep in mind i also want to add more hp but nothing toooo crazy.... can i find a twinturbo motor anywhere???? just asking

Sounds like a head issue... Same thing happened to my Big Turbo 1.8t Jetta. =/
