Oh ok. Hehe. It happens, something could have been mistakenly unplugged. Check for disconnected sensors or wires. Maybe a loose tube.

Have you checked underneith the car? If anything else come loose? Have a mechanic check on the catalytic converter to see if there is anything clogging up the pipes. That could cause a reduction in power and malfunctions.

Something might be clogged. Or the filter not installed properly. I say have an actualy mechanic check on it. I usually take my car to mechanics with experience for maintenance and changing parts. Installations, etc... Best to have things done properly just in case. I am thinking there could be something clogging the air flow.

There is a MAF sensor on your intake, unplug that and plug it back in.

Have you checked the MAF sensor or tried to replace it?

You don't have to disconnect the battery. Just unplug the MAF and plug it back in.

check the mass air flow sensor, make sure its plugged in. reset the ecu by presing on the breaks a few times while the battery is unplugged. what kind of filter did u use?? some filters come oiled and mess up the sensor. happened to me few yrs ago. put in a new filter that was oiled and oil got on the sensor and had the same problem as u. i got the maf cleaner, sprayed the sensor and it worked perfect.

4 Door Sedan
2007 G 35 S won't Accelerate

I was driving it and all of a sudden it wouldn't go ...only very slowly. I took the Car Home very slowly and parked it. Break Light wouldn't go Off. So I disconnected the Battery.Next day after reading all the Forums on VDC, Throttle Body Assembly....Alternator etc I went to check the Emergency Brake and Brake Peddal. I found pieces of small rubber on the Carpet. So it Happens that those little crummbeld Rubber pieces were from the Brake Pedal and activate the Brake Light and the Cruise Control Switches. US 12.50 a piece. They are called Rubber Bumpers. Car runs like new.
