Are G35 and 350Z parts interchangeable?
 

Just wondering if the parts (some) from a G35 coupe interchangeable with a 350Z?

I went to the Infiniti dealer yesterday to get some touch up paint for my G35 and their price was $30. They didn't ahve it in stock and would have to order it if I wanted it. So I asked the sales rep if Nissan would have it. He looked it up and sure enough Nissan has the same color code. I went over to Nissan dealer and asked for it. They have it in stock and "Walla" only $16. :eek3: What a difference! If the parts are interchangeable, I may just have to get them from Nissan.

For the most part, yes. A lot of working parts are interchangeable, but rotors depends on the year and model. It really depends on the part.

Touch up paint, as long as it matches the color or color code.

I ALWAYS get the Infiniti part number and call up my Nissan dealer to see if it comes up. The Infiniti P/N and Nissan number will be the same if it's an interchangeable part. Infiniti wanted ten dollars a bolt for my flywheel bolts, got them at Nissan for three bucks a pop.
