If you have the time to shop around, OP, do that. Otherwise, if you feel like this is a good car and have checked it out, go ahead and roll with it. The most important thing is to feel like you are happy with your purchase.

i live in lancaster PA and any time there a 6mt G35 on any lot they jake the price up cause the g35 are hardly ever seen here so people just buy them fast, i sold my SRT4 any rented a car them drove 4 hours to get my 6mt g35 LR but im happy with it so just keep looking dont settle for just anything

Believe it or not.. but carmax can't be "cracked." Their line of thinking is if they allow one customer to haggle... then all customers would too. Ever googled anyone who successfully haggled with carmax? Nope.
About the only thing you MIGHT be able to haggle about is the $149 processing fee.... which is peanuts anyway compared to the overall transaction.

I think used cars in general have gone up in price over the last year or two. It baffles me when I see a 2 year old 370z with 37k miles on it going just under what it was new. My friend said if you are shopping one to two year old cars, you might as well be shopping new car prices at the same time.
