Question Need Clutch ASAP help please

Hello everyone, I just got a G35 coupe 6MT 2007, the owner told me that the clutch was almost out and today driving home I got my first slip. I have been doing research for the last 2 hours or so and I came down to 3 clutches I need your guys help and experience to make my decision before I order it. First of all I would like to say I am planning on tracking the car next year both drag and circuit racing. However, it is my only car so it will be my daily driver and I do drive a lot minimum 40-60 miles a day depending on school and work.

Alright here are the 3 clutches I came down to and I want your help to decide which to go with. And BTW my budget is around 700-800MAX before labor

Z1 Motorsports Clutch/Flywheel Kit
JWT Clutch/Flywheel kit
ACT but I don't know which kit to go with I need help please.
And any other clutch/flywheel kit that you guys would recommend for that price.

Thank you all and I will try to get some pics up for you guys.

Welcome to DRIVER, Mike!

Mike, if you are knowledgeable using the clutch and don't have plans of tracking your coupe stay with the OE clutch/flywheel. All aftermarket clutches chatter but if that's how you want to go, get the ACT basic clutch/flywheel/throwout bearing kit...they are the best.

Thank you Gary I am planning on tracking the car so I rather have a little chatter but having a safe mind on that the car can handle the abuse. I read a lot of threads about the z1 and JWT kits u wouldn't recommend any of those 2? Thank you

No! You can't buy a better clutch than ACT!

This reminds me of the "I want a 600hp daily driver" threads.

$775 shipped for complete kit which includes the upgraded chromoly pivot ball which the oem is weak and will snap causing you to drop the trans to replace a $20 part. You also get a stainless steel line, throw out bearing, flywheel and clutch JWT.

act clutch and street light flywheel. more driveable than stock, and great performance. but be ready for chatter at low rpms. you will learn how to avoid chatter after adjusting your driving style.

I have the JWT and the chatter gets a little annoying at times. After a while, you just get used to it. Will I ever go back to a heavier flywheel just for reduction of noise? hell no. I love my light weight flywheel. Performance is great, clutch grabs good and I've been using it for about 80k miles.

Thanx guys the nismo is duel I think the same as stock but 11 8 pounds lighter and no chatter at all vs all other flywheels out there which are half the weight of the nismo. I don't know which to go with still act JWT or z1 hard desision keep reading good things about all and the chatter noise with all of them
