Just over 80k after 15 years!
|
107,000 Purchased in July of 2006. The car is the autobody shop getting a new sport bumper and headlight and a few things after someone hit me. Currently have a brand new pathfinder as a rental. You know what, I still think these new cars are not worth the 60k by the time you get the car loaded and out the door. The G35 is as sweet as any new car. One thing I will be doing besides giving it a good fluid change is doing the double din. I like the touch screen on the rental. I think its a cheap enough, fun project to do. Would love to do a new cluster overlay on the gauges but I am not seeing one worth it. Other than that... love the G. I see this car staying right here... even when the day comes I do buy a new car, this will be a fun car to hold onto. The car has been good to me too.. no complaints except for the drivers side seat ripping, but that will be re-done as well.

Just rolled 202,420 Still pulls like it did when I bought it at 150,000

Since this is no longer my daily driver, the annual mileage that I put on is fairly low (50 - 500 miles). However, this past year, I added a "staggering" 1,000+ miles. :5091:
So now, after 16 years of trouble-free ownership, I have 207,916 miles on it. Today I dropped it off for the annual state inspection--hoping no issues crop up, although I am expecting to hear that the tires might need to be replaced. |
07 MT Coupe with 45xxx on it.
|
‘05 6MT coupe with 207,618.
Just put a new clutch, flywheel, master and slave cylinders, new crankshaft rear oil seal and oil pan gasket on and it drives better than when new! This is the first major repair I’ve done on it other than regular maintenance items. |
172,xxx on my 05 rev up
hopefully it doesn't break soon

07 G35 coupe
I've had my 07 G35 coupe for almost two years, one previous owner. I'm at 197,5XXX miles now. The only major concern at this time is the CSC bearing is getting loud, its time for new clutch and flywheel anyway so I'm gonna be replacing all of that this winter. Other than that everything is almost perfect including a rust free body (I live in MA so that's hard to come by). Definitely not stock and runs like an absolute champ. I love my G so much, in my opinion it's one of the best platforms to build off of.
|
'06 Coupe w/88K miles.
Bought my 2006 6MT Coupe about two months ago. Had 84K when I bought and I've put over 4K miles on it. So far, I love it. Got a few little things I need to fix, but nothing major.

224 k on my 05

I tried to get the VVT out to clean it and inspect it but theres 2 hoses in the way that theres so way it will come out so if anyone could tell me how I can? back to it the p0021 went away but still p0300 I checked all coil packs and the one closes back to the passenger was covered in oil with oil all around the plug what could this be what should I get next or change?

I may have jinxed myself. :confused2: After getting the OEM resonator and muffler installed at dealership, car was fine. Now, when I started it up, I noticed that it was not idling normally and when I was driving it, there was some hesitation. And then, the check engine light came on. So, I ended up ordering an OBD II Scan Tool and will attempt to read the code and decipher what is happening. I'm hoping that it is something simple and not something $$$ having spent that money on the exhaust work. :icon11: |
Lots of miles
Have almost 200,000 on my 2003 coupe....bought her brand new and she has been my baby ever since
Just a really great car |

just wondering how many miles does everyones g35 coupe have on them? im about to get an 03 g35 coupe with 96,500 thats been garaged all its life and my mechanic said the engine looked good, i googled it but didnt find to much.
|
I guess it could be an oxygen sensor!! I had a similar problem when I changed the exhaust system, its changing the way the exhaust gases are removed much faster than normal.
|
06 coupe with 82k. Just picked up from a auction with front left damage. need a few things but excited to bring the beauty and magnetize the maximum performance and beauty out of this machine.
|
Probably my last milestone. 06 6MT Coupe ticked 290,000 yesterday, took delivery of a new car an hour later.
Most likely will give it to my daughter since she'll start driving within a year, after I put some stock parts back on.. https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/g35driv...61c5633272.jpg |
2006 6MT at 75k. Sat for most of the past 3 years and needed a bit of work (idler pulley, engine cooling fan assembly, passenger rear wheel bearing) to get her running in tip-top shape again. Otherwise it's just been fluid changes, belts, a battery, tires and pads. The underbody has some signs of surface rust, but this winter I put on an undercoating of Fluid Film. Want to hold onto this thing for at least another decade.
|
2005 G35 couple 33,300 :) that's it. It was my mom's and she never drove it. I got it last year on this day with only 22k on it lol
I want to replace the basic Bose radio with the OEM nav one, can that be done? |
over 275K miles on my 03 G35 5AT -
|
2004, 159,xxx on body, 20k on engine!
|
I just bought my first G (2003) it's on the trailer somewhere between PA and Az being shipped to me. It has 48k on it and it looks brand new. I am pumped!!
|
I'm at 160k+. Def showing her age....
|
'03. 185k, had 164k when I bought it in 2016. At least 7500 of those miles are cross-country highway trips. Runs excellently, but significant oil leak. Paid a mechanic $1k to do valve cover gaskets a couple years ago, didn't help at all. Maybe rear main seal? The manual transmission on it is still so crisp.
Has a magnaflow the previous owner had installed. God damn that thing sounds incredible, but it is a bit too loud in the cabin for daily driving and long trips. Just bought a 2010 Xterra, since I need to tow. Going to be selling the G. I'll miss it, it's been an incredible car. I know I'll remember it fondly for the rest of my life. |

Top that
Mines a sedan but I'm pushing 270,000 on the block haha

05 G35 Coupe 6MT 103,000
Lil work, Injen Cold Air Intake, Magna Flow Exhaust, Centerline Comp Clutch, lowered using Eibach suspension, got rid of the 19" wheels and went with deep dish 18's. Drove off of showroom floor in 2005, at first used as my sales car, now sits in my garage and I drive it like a motorcycle, spring through fall, sunny days and Sundays. Runs like a chain saw, always angry and ready to roll. |

I love those wheels!
I want to change my wheels eventually and put the spoiler wing on. First tint the windows and install new radio in it. Mine was my mom's. She didn't drive it and it stayed in the garage. A year after her passing my stepdad signed it over to me. Guess he realized after a yr of me having it, I wasn't eager to bring it to him. lol She only has 36K miles. When I got it Dec. 18 it only had 22k. Feel like I struck gold with it lol But now with FLorida construction and my garage too much of a mess to put her in it, she needs clay bar and detailed. When I get garage ready for her I will get that done. Yours sure is pretty. Again LOVE the WHEELS. https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/g35driv...bddda9d288.jpg |

Tint is definitely on the menu soon too! |
@LoSt180 WOW! 290K, mine only has 36K got it when my mom passed with only 22K. So this tells me I've got a long time with it. :) Since no car payments guess I should definitely drop new stereo headunit in, get windows tinted, maybe spoiler on the back, maybe new cool wheels and whatever else lol Have some fun with it. :)

Thank you :) Plus it was free - my mom didn't really drive it and certainly didn't have the lead foot I have lol I'm sure the car has been in shock the last yr and half.
Just ordered the Sony XAV-AX1000 double din car play; need to get the metra face plate kit, steering wheel controller, wiring harness, backup camera, and PAC ROEM-NIS2 to retain the BOSE amp (not everyone agrees with this but I don't mind the current sound, just hate not having phone, maps, etc) I don't need to blow the neighbors away with sound lol |

Don’t forget the antenna adapter! I got those exact parts too (JVC headunit instead of Sony though). I went with the iDataLink Maestro for the steering wheel controls. I don’t listen to music super loud or anything so this setup will be fine for me!! I got a backup camera too. Can’t wait to get it all installed so I can stop being a slave to radio stations!
Yes that too :) I was looking at the iDatalink too. Basically went to crutchfield to see what all they would send if bought through them but buying it elsewhere bc they are a bit high. |

How many miles on our clock?

79k and some change

Just a smidge under 110k on my 04 coupe. I can't believe I have had the same car for so long. Last summer I put a nice double din, backup cam, repainted the interior, took was it 1 or did it turn into 2 days to do an insane detail job to it.. put the metal underschrowd from Z1 on it for oil changes, etc. Do your tranny, coolant, oil flushes and these cars do well. Funny thing, I just dont see me selling this car anytime in the years to come..... while I need an SUV for practicality the G is still a nice looking car, reliable and has been so much fun to drive. I remember in 2003 when they first came out I was totally in love with the car. The exhaust note, the style and I still love the car. The car will always have a place on my driveway.

150k, needs something replaced like every other month. That’s what I get for buying a coupe for 5k in the Midwest tho. Engine mounts just went so I bought z1 solid mounts. Hopefully they’ll be here soon. Honestly probably gonna sell it and buy a Lexus
