Just a quick heads up guys....I currently ordered a 05 G35Coupe 6MT, so I am anxiously waiting for that....but I have read alot into the G35 coupes and I found out that just recently Infiniti has admitted that there is a problem with their rotors/pads that wear down alot quicker than normal. I haven't read anything about the 05 models having this issue, but the 03-04 models do...read the following..

Definitely call a local dealership and inform them of this. If they do not do anything, you can always contact the Corporate office for assistance...

I had my front brake pads replaced and the rotors resurfaced at 14k. Rear brakes were still fine. Infiniti is covering the bill since the they issued a bulletine about their brakes pads wearing out prematurely. Just bring you G to the dealer and tell them your brakes don't sound right or they screetch(sp?) and they the should replace it for you. I believe it's good for 3 years or 35k miles, which ever comes first.

1. my point was where do you guys get brembo brake pads replaced?
2. under what condition are brake bads and rotors ever done at a dealership for free? i thought it was a wearable not-covered item.
3. what's wrong with getting oil changes done at jiffy lube? I'm being serious. does everyone do their own maintenance? or is the dealership oil much better than jiffy lube? as long as you request the right type of oil...shouldn't i be fine?

For any 03 owners who did not have it in place when they had their brakes replaced, they will reimbuse you if you provide them with the repair statement/bill......
