I got my white 06 coupe 6 speed with 162,000km for $16,500 CAD with tax. That's about $13k without tax.
It's the fully loaded model with 19" rims and all that good stuff.
I think the manual is a bit more expensive (at least here in Toronto) because it's rare.

 

The owner needs the car till she moves. When I get it I have a friend that works at nissan when I have him inspect it should I have any work done like anything changed? Again it has 88k miles. And will a 30 dollar oil change suffice or should I expect to pay more

HST is only 13% in Ontario. What kinda add-ons did the dealership charge you?! Did you by an extended warranty too?

In any case - it sounds like you got a good deal. I paid $25K CAD w/ tax for my '07 last summer. IP, 6speed, 19", clean carfax/carproof, all options except nav, 90,000 KMs. I overpaid but I was picky and finally found what I spend 18 months looking for.
