While driving about 20mph you can hear the tires on the road!!!

Check your tire pressure. Did you get new tires? They may just be loud tires...

the tired are like 4 months old if that,and tires pressures look fine ,,but will check

Some tires due to the tread design make noise and then there's the quality issue. Tires are like everything else, "You get what you pay for!" You can check the tire pressure but your sensors (TPS) would be giving you an alert if they were low. Are they directional tires, and are they rolling the right direction....arrow point the way they should roll.

They may just be loud tires. My Falken's were awfully loud between 20-30 mph.

What brand and model tires are you running? Some are louder than others.

Those have decent "loudness" ratings on Tirerack so I don't know if that's the exact route of your problem. Since you've driven on them for four months now, were they noisy from the beginning?
