A/T light blinking on dash and car won't start
 

Please, please I need help. While driving my 04 G35 coupe, am on the road and I noticed that my car lost power but saw e rpm went all the way up but no power, stop I throw the gear in neutral and shut the car off and tried to start again while in neutral. Nothing happened, no start. So I had to get towed. Now on my dash my A/T check is blinking, the fans cut on full speed in the acc mode, and the car won't start as if it has not fuel which I am sure I do.

Has anyone had this symptom before and how did you correct it, or can someone tell me what happened or what's happening. I really need my trans. By the way I am in the Bahamas so some checks I might not be able to do as if am in the united states but I can try my best.
