2005 G35 Navigation Hack>Help
 

i jus got my g35 not too long ago and i noticed the navigation hasn't been updated since 2005, i know i can go on infiniti's website and download the update for $200 but that just seems retarded,, i seen that people have hacked the original navigation to play dvd and stuff. I was wondering if anyone knew where i can find that download, and how to do it, to hack and update my navigation.

You are very misled, there is NO way to "hack" the stock dvd to make it play dvds, you can get an add on box that will have video inputs, i have one id sell you if you wanted. But as far as hacking its not possible, not anywhere that i have ever even heard of. You can only update the nav disc to have newer roads and POI,but the screen will not look different or do anything different. It sucks, lol i know
