Passenger seat doesn't move up automatically when it is tilted forward
 

i just got my 2005 g35 coupe month ago, never used the back seat before but last week, when i go pick up my friends, i noticed that my passenger seat do not moves up automatically when it is tilted forward.
the door was open and my car was at P. it can be adjusted by the switch. and it was moved all the way back so im sure it has space to move front when i tilt it.

anyone has the same problem?? and how do you fix it??

There should be a black button behind the seat near/under the latch that moves it forward.
