You do realize all those other threads were based off people opinions and input as well right? lolz

If youve been doing a lot of "research." Then you would know the answer to that question...

No need to get all butt-hurt, there are a million threads on this very subject. Per the forum rules new members are expected to search for answers to commonly asked questions before they post something that has been answered very frequently. You can actually get an infraction if you don't but we don't normally drop those on the new members, we just use a gentle reminder of what your obligations are. If you haven't read the forum rules you need to, now, before you read anything else on the forum. Use Google to search for what you want to know, it seems more helpful than the forum search tool. The reason for the rule is to keep the forum clean and neat, if every new member asked the same question, or start a new thread as you did, the forum would get impossibly cluttered and ineffective.

Let me know if you need anything else, but make sure you've done your due diligence before asking any more questions such as this one. Thanks for your help with this.

03-05 have the same engine has 06-07 right?
So that would mean that the air intake/air filter/tube airbox system from the 03-05 would fit in an 06-07 right?

Brembo brakes, real or fake

I met up with a guy who said he had 04 g35 brembo calipers and when he shows me them, the decals were black as if he put the black on, not faded. The calipers look like any used brembo calipers except for the fact that the decals are black and he said he didn't change them.

likes this but replace the red brembo letters with black

He claimed he bought the car brand new and got them like this. Can anyone tell me whats up with these calipers?

Lone Wolf 07-07-2013 03:49 PM

The Brembo lettering should be red in color, not black.

Tell that guy to eat a bowl of d1cks.

You can powdercoat the calipers then put a black decal on em I believe.

Lone Wolf 07-07-2013 04:11 PM

True. But, if the guy said he bought the car brand new, the Brembo lettering should be red in color, not black.
