HELP!! 2003 back running lights & trunk light won't turn off
 

My 2003 infinity g35 started acting up tonight when I parked turned ignition off, I noticed my back running lights n trunk light were still on. Locked car but lights still on only in back. Checked fuses under hood by batt "taillight" one took out and lights stayed on. Took negative side of batt off waited a little while put back on n lights were stuck on again. Help please !!! Did multiple test with batt still no results
