Dash light problem
Hi Guys,
I recently bought a 2007 Skyline 350gt (Australian) aka infiniti g35...
I am having a problem with my backlit dash lights.
The lights are very tempremental, sometimes they will all be full brightness, sometimes the right side will be full brightness and the left side dull and sometimes I will lose light all together in one spot on the rev gauge being the 0 and 1 (looks like bulb is out but cannot tell?) - headlights on or off it makes no difference, I also do not have a dimmer switch, never came with one but rather a different panel (see image below).
Has anyone experienced anything like this before? or if anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them.
See images below of examples, sorry for poor quality pics
Right side normal full brightness, left side dull and light out at 1&0 on revs:
Right side full brightness and left side a little duller:
Both sides full brightness:
Right side full brightness and left dull with light out at 1&0 again (seems to be only place the light will go out.
No dimmer switch:
Any help at all is appreciated, I would love to know if possible to fix lights so they are full brightness all the time?
Thank you.

Sorry for the super late reply guys!
Have you had any luck trying to solve this? I believe it might have something to do with my cheap aftermarket chinese stereo somehow, am currently testing the theory.
I reset the BCM by disconnecting the battery for 5min, didn't have the problem again for about 4 days and it usually happens constantly so that was a good sign. I then connected my stereo to my bluetooth and made a phone call and the problem started again, could be just coincidence but who knows?
A few days later I reset the BCM again, it has been 2 days now without the problem, am going to leave the stereo alone for a while and if the problem doesn't return I may have a result, will keep you posted.

Every 10mins or so it cycles between the two (clean and ion mode) - when it hits ion mode the air con generates highly concentrated Plasmacluster ions into the air blown from the vents and reduces odor absorbed into the interior trim, I am guessing this would have been a factory extra and can confirm that it does work!
