Included with your car is a card/pamphlet thing that explains exactly how to program the HomeLink, step-by-step. Even dealing with a new "rolling code" garage door opener is fairly easy. A bit frustrating, I can understand. My advice is to have somebody ready to give you a cookie as soon as you've succeeded. :D
