Died, slip+vdc lights won't start new owner please help

Driving on freeway my cars dash went dark a second later lit back up and I can't get it to start please help

I tried to reset ecu and slip+vdc brake lights won't turn off....

Just cranks no fire

Ps I searched but I can't find it sorry no check engine light

2003 procharger dc headers full exhaust
