Throttle position.

Throttle position.
I have a 2005 rev up G35, and its got a full ported intake plenum, with 5/16ths plenum spacer, with a LMT 4in intake, 600cc inkectors, megan resonated test pipes, megan y pipe, AAM exhaust, Lightweight crank pulley+flywheel, 225 lph fuel pump running E85. While doing my logs my TPS sensor 1 is reading 4.16v, at WOT it should be reading aroung 4.7, My question is should i try swapping throttle bodies or should I look into wiring first. It holds a constant 4.16 the whole time it isnt jumping around. It also did this on my earliest Log even before the tune so It cant be happening from the tume. Does the screw and nut on the top of the throttle body affect that? or is that something for calibration, Thank you

It should be reading LESS THAN 4.7 volts, you have to compare both sensor 1 and sensor 2 data to make sure it's operating properly. Sensor 1 starts low and scales to high, sensor 2 starts high and scales to low. The actual limit where they start stop is irrelevant as long as they both scale exactly inverse of one another.
Also the ECU calculated data isn't the actual true voltage. To properly test function you unplug the TB, apply 5vdc on a test bench and use a DMM to measure output voltage, it's easier with two DMMs so you can watch the inverse scaling. 45° throttle position they will read the exact same voltage.
If sensor 2 is sending the same 4.2 volts at a closed position as sensor 1 is at WOT it's probably working just fine.
