Is your G automatic? Can't see this working on a 6mt unless you leave it in neutral or bypass the clutch switch (bad).

Yes it is an automatic

Yeah there are plenty of videos out on YouTube showing it in action. Pretty cool to use the factory remote

But think about your factory remote's range.

I ended up with a viper 2 way system though. I know the car starts from over a mile away. I can also lock and turn off the car from a mile away. Was about $240 plus all the other fun things to install!

Went back and found a link, it was the Viper 4205V: https://www.viper.com/car/remotestar...e-start-system

I wouldn't buy that kit, however, the things that come with it are legit mostly the Evo-All. Buy, an Evo-One (bypass/remote start in one), Nissan/Infiniti T-harness, and posi-lock/taps. I installed an Evo-One in my wife's Subaru before she traded it in and it was pretty sweet. I could use her factor remote to start the car, however, this is limited on the model. For your G < 2006 you would probably need an additional aftermarket remote start key or smart start adapter for your car.
